Foal's dimensions: 15 1/2" long x 3" wide x 12 1/2" high. Not mounted on a base since she has grass under her feet.
This piece is based on something that really happened on our farm. My husband was working on a fence when my filly came up behind him and pulled pliers out of his back pocket, then offered them to him. I didn't get a picture of it, but remembered it. For the sculpture, I used work gloves instead of pliers in her mouth because gloves are a lot more "artsy-looking" than pliers, and are easier to sculpt as well!
